General Terms

• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

•commissions are expected to be finished from a week to 2 months, you may contact me any time on status of your commission or places in queue, or you may visit my Trello.

•I do not take deadlines that are less than 2 weeks, if your commission has a deadline, ask when commissioning or contact me anytime to discuss.

Payment & Refund

• Paypal only

• Euro is the default currency I use unless stated/discussed.

• I take payment upfront after accepting your commission.

• I do not accept refund at anytime. If I feel like I can not complete the commission for my own personal reasons, I will provide a full refund to the customer.

• I can take payment plan if the price of the commission is 100 EUR/USDor more. If a payment plan is needed, you need to pay 50% upfront and the rest will be due when your commission is next in the queue.

Permission

• You may NEVER claim the commission as your own work.

• You may use the commission as icon, banner, wallpaper, with credit if possible.

• You may repost the commission anywhere you would like, but please include proper credit (eg: tag me in both picture and description on Instagram). If you are not the owner of the commission, you may not repost it or use it in any ways.

• Commissions are only for personal uses, you may not sell the commission for your own profits, but you may add on the original price of the commission to your character's worth. However, if you are interested in using the commission for a commercial use (such as album cover, etc.), please contact me to discuss this.

• I have still have the right to the commission, I may post the commission whenever I wish, and use them as examples for future commission. If you do not wish me to post the finished commission, contact me anytime.
